4 things I've seen or done this week

  1. I have started counting my macros. It's a lot to keep up with so I'll see how this goes. I realized I was not eating enough throughout the day. So, it's been quite interesting to have to REMIND myself to eat snacks when it's time. It's been pretty interesting. The category I lack most in my diet is protein, so I'm looking for more high protein recipes.


2. This year I have read so many books. I am trying to read one every week—or two. I am

about to start reading The Vanishing Half by Britt Bennett.

3. I am closing in on the Greenleaf. I am on season 4. It's getting really good. That ROCHELLE...

LeToya knows she played that part well, because I was really believing I wan't supposed to like her.

4. I have been trying to share a recipe or something that I eat or drink throughout the week. When I post Instagram stories I get messages about where I get the recipes or ingredients. so I try to share one on here each week. This week I made another batch of black sea moss. It is a great way to boost your immune system. BEWARE: It does not smell or taste good. Look up the benefits though. I'll bet you will be ordering some ool. I get mine here.
